Artson Engineering Ltd commences commercial production at Nashik factory Print E-mail

Mumbai: Artson Engineering Ltd (AEL), a subsidiary of Tata Projects Limited, has commenced commercial production and operations at it's factory, situated at D-5, MIDC, Ambad, Nashik.

Since the factory will be operating for just about 4 months of the current fiscal, it is unlikely that it will generate revenue in excess of 10% of the total revenues of the Company.

"If on the basis of orders generated, the factory’s revenues are likely to exceed 10% of the Company’s total revenues for the fiscal," the company said in a statement.

The company is aggressively pitching for orders from various private and public sector oil companies. AEL is expected to end the current financial year with a turnover above Rs 170 crore.

AEL is also a project engineering company offering multidisciplinary design and construction services in the fields of mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation engineering. Its expertise include turnkey services in petroleum storage and handling systems, plant utilities, diesel power houses, CPP, energy conservation, waste-heat recovery and noise pollution control systems.

Tata Projects is in the business of providing infrastructure services such as Balance of Plants for power projects. It is also in the business of building blast furnaces for steel plants.
