Mumbai: Amtek Auto Limited has acquired 10% of the equity share capital of Garima Buildprop (P), a wholly owned subsidiary of Gateway Impex Private Limited.
Garima Buildporp Private Limited is the promoter/holding company of OCL Iron and Steel Limited. Garima Buildporp is involved in the power generation business and the manufacture and sale of steel.
