Maxximo Mini Van achieves 26% Market Share within six months of launch Print E-mail

Mumbai: Mahindra and Mahindra announced that its Maxximo Mini Van had garnered a 26% market share (SIAM Data) in the minivan segment within six months of its launch. Maxximo Minivan made its foray into the minivan segment with its launch in April 2011 following the success of the Maxximo.

"Products from Mahindra’s state-of-the-art Chakan plant, the Maxximo Load Carrier & the Mini Van, are a perfect embodiment of Mahindra’s philosophy of Rise. Both these vehicles will help our customers with the power of advanced C2 CRDe technology, car-like comfort and safety, all in a stylishly designed package," said  Vivek Nayer, Senior Vice President - Marketing, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

"The Maxximo Mini Van has successfully delivered on its promise of being a game-changer by offering class-leading space, comfort, safety, power and mileage. With the phenomenal response to the Maxximo Mini Van, it is clear that we are driving positive change in the lives of our customers by helping them prosper," he added.

In addition, the Maxximo MiniVan has been clocking impressive volumes month-on-month ever since its launch and has set a new benchmark in sales during September 2011 by achieving a 35% market share (SIAM Data) vis-a-vis its nearest competition.
