GGB, formerly Glacier Garlock Bearings, now offers downloadable two- and three-dimensional drawings of its standard products for insertion into designers’ CAD models.
Drawings for the company’s standard metal-polymer, filament-wound, solid polymer and metallic bearings and bearing housings can be accessed online (www.GGBearings.com/CAD) for importation into a variety of CAD formats, including SolidWorks, CATIA, Pro/Engineer, Inventor, Solid Edge, TopSolid, thinkdesign, Unigraphics, Acis, STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF and others.
Available in a number of languages including German, English, French, Chinese and Spanish, the site features a user-friendly interface with different search engines and multi-level classifications. Users must register to download drawings, but no log-in is required to browse the catalog. (E-mail:
