Ranal, Koltanbar to form strategic alliance Print E-mail

Pune: Ranal Engineering Services (a Ranal Group company), a leading provider of end-to-end Engineering Services, having its design centre in Bangalore and Pune, today announced that Ranal Inc., its parent company, based in Michigan, US has formed a strategic alliance with US based Koltanbar Engineering Company. Koltanbar serves industry with comprehensive manufacturing engineering process development, product development and planning services.
Under the agreement signed between Koltanbar Engineering Company and Ranal, Koltanbar will operate under the management of Ranal and the two companies will work together to provide end-to-end manufacturing engineering design services to the international market. Koltanbar and Ranal will continue to remain separate legal entities and for all purposes will be run as separate companies.  However, in the spirit of the agreement, the companies will share their strengths and foster synergized win-win strategies to offer comprehensive global engineering solutions to the international market space.

The synergies of collaboration between Koltanbar and Ranal will deliver end-to-end BiW engineering solutions to worldwide customers.  With Koltanbar's dominance in processing and Ranal's global leadership in tool design, simulation and product design engineering it is anticipated that both companies will expand its customer base and diversify its offerings. Diversification plans includes manufacturing engineering offerings to the aerospace industry. This is a great opportunity for the employees of Ranal and Koltanbar in the interest of growth and prosperity for both companies.
