Bangalore: Bangalore based machine Tool builder M/s Bharat Fritz Werner issued a warning in major news papers against companies spreading rumours that BFW  is for sale.

The warning issued by Mr.S.N. Mishra, Vice Chairman and Mr.A.K.Kothari , Chairman reads as follows:

"Bharat Fritz Werner Limited (BFW) has the unique unbroken record of posting profits year after year since inception. The company is growing rapidly and has very ambitious plans for the future."

"Some machine tool companies are spreading false rumours that  BFW is sold / under sale. The BFW management clarifies that such rumours are totally baseless and inspired by sinister / ulterior motive. BFW was not for sale and is not for sale – wholly or partly. The machine tool companies which are indulging in such rumour mongering will be doing so at their own cost, risk and reputation "

BFW is currently participating at the Diemould 2008 and Tooltech 2008 exhibition (15 - 18 Feb) at Bangalore International exhibition center. These exhibitions are major order generators for the participating companies.
