Axiscades Aerospace & Technologies Limited, a defence technology solutions provider and subsidiary of Axiscades Technologies Limited, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Electronic Bird Control to introduce the E-Raptor drone in India. The agreement, announced on 6 November 2025, covers deployment for both military reconnaissance and civilian uses such as airport safety and wildlife management.

According to a press release issued by Axiscades, the companies plan to localise production in India in line with the Make in India initiative.

The E-Raptor is described as a biomimetic unmanned aerial vehicle designed to resemble a falcon, combining stealth, agility and surveillance capabilities. The partners said it can mimic natural hunting movements to deter bird nuisance while performing reconnaissance tasks without the limitations of live birds.

“We are delighted to join hands with Electronic Bird Control to introduce the E-Raptor in India. This partnership reflects our dedication to innovation and our drive to meet the complex demands of both defence and civilian sectors,” said Ravikumar Joghee, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of Axiscades. “Our alliance with Axiscades marks a pivotal advancement in drone technology and international collaboration,” added Adrien Laffon, Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Bird Control.

Electronic Bird Control, founded in 2019, focuses on developing bio-mimetic drones to address bird nuisance and operational risks. Its E-Raptor range replicates falcon movements using advanced onboard technology for use across varied terrains.

Axiscades, headquartered in Bengaluru, employs over 3,000 professionals across 17 locations worldwide. The company provides engineering, product and systems solutions across aerospace, defence and related sectors.
