FLT Automation GmbH inaugurated its India office in Pune on 6 August 2025, marking the company’s entry into the Indian market. The new office aims to support collaboration and innovation as FLT Automation expands its presence in the region.
The opening event featured a ribbon-cutting and lamp-lighting ceremony at the office premises, followed by a formal session held at DoubleTree by Hilton. Stefan Christ, Group CEO and President, outlined the company’s growth plans and long-term commitment to India. Boris Bind, Director of FLT India and Head of Mechanical Design at FLT Group, provided updates on recent advances in mechanical design and product development. Vira Gudase, Director of FLT India, discussed the company’s progress and future plans.
Special guests Vinay V. Kanitkar and Vishwanath Motipawale also shared their perspectives during the event. Several FLT team members, including Sankalp Sawant, Supriya Jadhav-Molak, Chaitrali Kulkarni, and Ajay Shankar Sharma, spoke about their experiences working with the company.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Vira Gudase, followed by a networking dinner.
