Festo India has opened a new facility in Pune focused on automation and motion technologies. The Festo Motion Lab is intended to support technical learning and development in industrial automation.
The lab will be used as a space for training and skill development in motion-related technologies. The company stated that the facility is designed to engage learners, developers, and professionals working in automation sectors.
The Motion Lab was formally inaugurated this week. Festo India described the launch as “the beginning of a smarter, more connected future for learners, creators, and innovators in the automation space.”
Festo India Private Limited, established in 1986, operates as a manufacturer and supplier of automation technology, specializing in pneumatic and electric drive systems. The company’s product portfolio includes actuators, valves, sensors, and industrial robots, catering to various sectors within factory and process automation.
