Belrise Industries Limited announced the acquisition of Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings Limited, a United Kingdom-based precision engineering group serving aerospace, space and defence sectors. The transaction involves the purchase of 100 percent of Chester Hall’s issued share capital through Belrise UK Holdings Limited, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary, and was signed on 18 March 2026.

The acquisition marks the company’s entry into aerospace, space and defence precision engineering. The transaction was completed at an enterprise value to EBITDA multiple of 6x, with a portion of the consideration structured as deferred based on Chester Hall’s calendar year 2026 performance.

Chester Hall reported revenues of approximately GBP 18.5 million and an enterprise value of GBP 13.2 million. The company specialises in machining aerostructures, aero-engine components and satellite parts, and supplies to global aerospace original equipment manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers.

The company stated that the acquisition is expected to be earnings per share accretive and return on capital employed accretive from the outset. It will also provide access to aerospace precision manufacturing capabilities and certifications, and enable participation in global aerospace supply chains.

Belrise stated that the transaction will integrate its manufacturing operations in India and France with Chester Hall’s precision engineering capabilities, forming a cross-border engineering platform.

Chester Hall Precision Engineering Limited, based in Wickford, Essex, was established in 1974 by CEO Brian Brown and has over 50 years of experience in precision manufacturing. The company has developed capabilities in aerospace component manufacturing over its operational history, producing components for aerospace applications.
