Honeywell Aerospace Technologies has appointed Arun TV as Chief Procurement Officer as the business prepares for a planned spin-off later in 2026. The appointment comes as the company focuses on strengthening its supplier ecosystem and supply chain capabilities to support operational and business growth.

“I’m excited to share that I have joined Honeywell Aerospace Technologies as the Chief Procurement Officer,” said Arun TV. He added that the company is “at an exciting moment in its journey as the business continues to grow and prepares for its planned spin-off later this year.”

Arun TV said that supplier ecosystems and resilient supply chains are becoming increasingly important for innovation and operational performance. “Strong supplier ecosystems and resilient supply chains have never been more important to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering for our customers,” he said.

He also indicated that his role will involve working with internal teams and global suppliers to support the next phase of the company’s development. “I’m looking forward to partnering with the talented teams across Honeywell Aerospace and our global supplier partners to help drive the next phase of growth,” he said.

Arun TV joins Honeywell Aerospace Technologies after serving as Vice President and Global Head of Strategic Sourcing at GE HealthCare from March 2024 to March 2026. Prior to that, he held a leadership role at Amazon, where he worked on global supplier management strategy and procurement transformation across a USD 53 billion spend.

Earlier in his career, he held procurement and supply chain leadership positions at Baker Hughes and General Electric. His experience includes overseeing sourcing strategy and procurement operations for a USD 1.1 billion business and leading teams of more than 200 employees.

During his tenure at Baker Hughes, he worked on cost reduction and operational initiatives, including programmes contributing more than USD 100 million to the bottom line and annualised cost reductions exceeding USD 30 million. He was also involved in supply chain integration during the merger of GE Oil and Gas with Baker Hughes, contributing to cost synergies exceeding USD 200 million.

Arun TV holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University.

Honeywell is in the final stages of a structural reorganisation, with the spin-off of Honeywell Aerospace Technologies into an independent publicly traded company targeted for completion in the third quarter of 2026. The new entity, to be named Honeywell Aerospace Inc., is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker HONA and will be headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

The independent company will be organised into three segments: Electronic Solutions, Engines and Power Systems, and Control Systems. Jim Currier has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, and Craig Arnold will serve as non-executive Chairman.
