Jeh Aerospace has appointed Robb Hudson as Chief Growth Officer as the company expands its aerospace manufacturing operations and customer partnerships across the United States, Europe, and India. The appointment comes as the company scales its capabilities to support growing demand for diversified aerospace supply chains.

Hudson, based in the United States, brings more than three decades of experience in advanced manufacturing technologies and aerospace production systems. Over the course of his career, he has worked with global aerospace programmes and precision manufacturing organisations supporting high-specification aerospace and turbine applications.

Hudson previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Mitsui Seiki USA and Aerodyn Engineering. In those roles, he led organisations delivering advanced manufacturing technologies and precision engineering capabilities to the aerospace and turbine sectors.

At Jeh Aerospace, Hudson will focus on strengthening customer partnerships and accelerating global growth as the company expands its presence across the United States–Europe–India manufacturing corridor.

“Robb brings decades of experience across aerospace manufacturing systems and global production programs, along with deep relationships across the industry,” said Venkatesh Mudragalla, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Jeh Aerospace. “As we continue building a resilient aerospace manufacturing supply chain connecting India, the US, and Europe, Robb’s experience in scaling advanced manufacturing organizations will be incredibly valuable. We are still early in the journey, but adding leaders who understand the complexity and scale of aerospace production is a significant step forward.”

Vishal Sanghavi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jeh Aerospace, said Hudson’s experience includes leadership roles across several aerospace manufacturing businesses. “Robb is the kind of executive who has done it all — and done it at the top. As CEO of Mitsui Seiki USA, he ran the entire North American operation with full P&L responsibility as well as the global aerospace business. As President and CEO of Aerodyn Engineering, he was brought in to turn around a complex, multi-site global business — and delivered. At Winbro Group, he built an entire North American operation from the ground up. That is exactly the kind of leader Jeh needs as we accelerate into our next chapter of growth across the United States and Western Hemisphere,” Sanghavi said.

Jeh Aerospace was founded in August 2022 by Vishal Sanghavi and Venkatesh Mudragalla, both of whom previously worked in the Tata Group’s aerospace division on joint ventures with aerospace manufacturers including Boeing, Sikorsky, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, and GE. The company focuses on precision manufacturing of aerospace components using software-defined manufacturing systems.

Since its founding, Jeh Aerospace has raised nearly USD 14 million to expand its manufacturing capabilities, including USD 2.75 million in seed funding in early 2024 led by General Catalyst and an USD 11 million Series A round in August 2025 led by Elevation Capital with continued participation from General Catalyst. The company also received a strategic investment from IndiGo Ventures in July 2025.

Jeh Aerospace recently reported an order book exceeding USD 150 million within 18 months, supported by export contracts from Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers in the United States commercial aerospace market. In November 2025, the company announced plans to invest USD 50 million in a 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at Horizon Industrial Park in Kothur, Hyderabad, which is scheduled to begin operations in 2026.
