Jeh Aerospace has inaugurated the Jeh Center of Aerospace Skill (JCAS), a dedicated training facility aimed at developing a specialized workforce for the aerospace manufacturing sector. The facility is designed to support machinists, assemblers, inspectors, and engineers with role-specific training aligned to industry production standards.

Locataed in Hyderabad, JCAS includes a three-tiered training structure: classroom-based theoretical instruction, practical training on dummy components and machines, and on-the-job training involving real-time work on production equipment and aerospace parts. Each stage of training is tailored to the employee’s job function and experience level.

The initiative is led by Jeh Aerospace founders Vishal R. Sanghavi (CEO) and Venkatesh Mudragalla (COO), who have previously managed joint ventures for U.S. aerospace OEMs in India. The training center integrates closely with Jeh Aerospace’s manufacturing operations in Hyderabad, using production floor feedback to adjust training content in real time.

“The Jeh Center of Aerospace Skill represents our long-term commitment to developing a world-class, globally competitive workforce. By investing in specialized training and nurturing a culture of excellence, we aim not only to transform individuals but also to shape the future of aerospace manufacturing in India,” said Sanghavi and Mudragalla in a joint statement.

JCAS was inaugurated by board member Pratyush Kumar, and the event was attended by Joe D’Martino, CEO of Solestra Group, and John Lynde, Vice President at GS Precision.

Jeh Aerospace manufactures precision components, tools, and assemblies for the aerospace and defence sectors. The company operates production facilities in Hyderabad and is backed by the venture capital firm General Catalyst.
