AIM Solder and India-based Persang Alloy Industries Pvt. Ltd. have entered into a joint venture aimed at expanding manufacturing operations and product offerings in the solder materials sector. The partnership is expected to enhance the availability of solder pastes, fluxes, and related materials for the electronics assembly industry.
According to the announcement, the venture will combine AIM’s international manufacturing and distribution capabilities with Persang Alloy’s operational infrastructure in India. Both companies will continue to maintain existing customer relationships and service arrangements under the new structure.

AIM Solder, based in Montreal, Canada, manufactures a range of solder products including paste, flux, cored wire, bar solder, epoxies, and specialty alloys. Persang Alloy Industries manufactures solders, lead-free solder pastes, liquid fluxes, and soldering chemicals for industrial applications in India.
