CoreEL Technologies Private Limited, an aerospace and defence electronics company, has raised USD 30 million, equivalent to INR 2.5 billion, in a Series B funding round to support its next phase of growth. The funding is aimed at expanding manufacturing capacity, strengthening research and development, advancing product engineering, and supporting large and complex defence programmes.

The Series B round saw a majority investment from ValueQuest Scale Fund, with continued participation from existing investor 360 ONE Asset. The fresh capital would be deployed to scale operations across manufacturing and engineering functions, with a focus on programmes in the aerospace and defence domains.

The funding follows its acquisition of the defence division of Lekha Wireless, which expanded its engineering capabilities and programme portfolio. The integration has enabled it to address larger and more complex requirements across radar, electronic warfare, and avionics systems.

CoreEL Technologies works with government defence research and procurement organisations, including the Defence Research and Development Organisation and the Ministry of Defence, as well as public sector defence units, to supply indigenously developed electronic systems.

CoreEL Technologies Private Limited is an Indian aerospace and defence technology company focused on the design, development, and manufacture of advanced electronic systems for military and strategic applications.
