Optiemus Infracom Limited has entered into a joint venture with Ordinary Theory LLC, USA, to manufacture and market smart enterprise hardware and integrated industrial solutions. Optiemus will hold a majority stake in the venture, which will focus on payments, retail, logistics, and artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
The venture will utilise Optiemus’ manufacturing facilities in India to produce enterprise hardware solutions. Ordinary Theory will bring its design and product expertise in fintech, logistics, retail, and AI. The collaboration aims to support demand for enterprise solutions in India and international markets.
