Connekt Group has entered into a joint venture with AEM Group, USA, to establish a design and manufacturing facility in Bengaluru. The facility will focus on producing advanced radio frequency (RF), microwave (MW), and millimeter wave (MMW) components and sub-systems. These components are intended for use in space, aerospace, defence, and industrial applications in India and international markets.​

Connekt Electronics, established in 1986, has been supplying high-reliability components to various sectors, including space, aerospace, defence, medical, railways, and telecom in India. The company offers services such as authorized representation, distribution, sourcing, and manufacturing. Its manufacturing capabilities include a Class 10,000 grade electronics manufacturing facility equipped with a fully automated SMT line, wave soldering, and manual through-hole lines. The facility also utilizes special purpose machinery (SPM) for export requirements and provides automated reports and documentation adhering to MIL/Aerospace standards.

The joint venture was formalized in Bengaluru, with Fernando Spada, Chief Commercial Officer of AEM Inc., and Anuj Srivastava, CEO of Renaissance LLC, participating in the proceedings.
