Watlow has opened a new facility in Bengaluru, India, expanding its manufacturing and engineering footprint in the region. The facility will serve as a technical development center aimed at supporting its global customer base with thermal systems and localized manufacturing capabilities.
According to the company, the Bengaluru center is intended to enhance responsiveness and enable closer collaboration with customers. The new site is part of Watlow’s broader expansion strategy, which also included the opening of a manufacturing facility in Malaysia in the previous month.
“This new location strengthens our ability to support global customers with advanced thermal solutions, engineering talent, and localized manufacturing capabilities enabling faster response times and deeper collaboration,” the company stated.
The Bengaluru facility is expected to play a role in scaling engineering operations and integrating local manufacturing with Watlow’s global supply chain.
