Technology International, a manufacturer of porous polymer solutions operating under the PorVent and Biovent brands, has announced the construction of a new venting solutions manufacturing plant in Jarod, Vadodara, Gujarat. The development is intended to expand production capacity for components used in automotive, electronics, medical and packaging applications. The facility is scheduled to become operational before Diwali 2026.
The project covers a 100,000 square foot site, with Phase One comprising a 30,000 square foot built-up area supported by an investment of USD 2 million. The company stated that annual output will increase from 70 million parts to 150 million parts in the first phase through automation-led processes. It added that the expansion is part of its plan to scale manufacturing for global markets.
The plant will include a research and development laboratory and a quality control centre to support product development and testing across the PorVent and Biovent portfolios. Established in 1993, the company supplies porous polymer-based venting components to automotive, electronics, packaging, medical and life sciences industries and is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.

The company stated that the new plant is expected to generate skilled employment opportunities and strengthen India’s role in supplying material technologies for sectors including electric mobility, medical devices, electronics and packaging.
