Surya Roshni Limited has received an order valued at INR 1.6871 billion, including goods and services tax, for the supply of submerged arc welded mild steel pipes.
The company stated that the order involves the supply of submerged arc welded pipes to be delivered in Gujarat. surya The contract has been categorised as a domestic order and is scheduled to be executed by June 2026. The customer’s name was not disclosed.
Surya Roshni noted in the disclosure that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The filing also stated that the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
Surya Roshni Limited manufactures lighting products, steel pipes and related engineered materials, and operates production facilities in multiple Indian states.
