Rangsons Aerospace Private Limited, an Indian aerospace manufacturing company, has secured a long-term award with Airbus. The agreement marks a new production mandate for aviation tubes and duct assemblies for the Airbus A320 Family. The award was formally signed by Olivier Cauquil, Senior Vice President – Aerostructures Procurement at Airbus, and Pavan Ranga, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rangsons Aerospace.
The scope of the agreement positions the company as the first Indian Tier-1 supplier to manufacture these critical assemblies for the A320 programme. The company stated that the development represents a step in its effort to expand its role in the global aerospace value chain.
“This award reflects our long-standing commitment to quality, operational excellence, and customer trust. We are proud to embark on this journey with Airbus and contribute meaningfully to their global aerostructures programs,” said Pavan Ranga, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rangsons Aerospace.
The company noted that the collaboration is expected to support Airbus in strengthening supply chain resilience and contribute to the broader growth of India’s aerospace manufacturing ecosystem, including opportunities for high-skilled employment and technology integration.
Rangsons Aerospace manufactures high-precision aerostructures, tubes, ducting systems and other advanced aerospace components for global aviation and defence programmes.
