Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited has received an order valued at INR 158 million for the supply of BOBRN wagons and a brake van. The order was placed by JSW Energy (Utkal) Limited, according to the company’s filing with the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE on 12 December 2025.
The company stated in its disclosure that the scope of the contract includes the supply of BOBRN wagons and a brake van to the domestic customer. Execution of the order is scheduled to be completed within four to five months, contingent upon the receipt of advance payment and railway board permission.
Texmaco noted in the filing that the order is a domestic contract and does not fall under related party transactions. It also confirmed that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
