DiFACTO Robotics and Automation Pvt. Ltd., a provider of manufacturing automation and robotics solutions, has acquired the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) portfolio related to RoboFinish operations from Grind Master. The acquisition adds robotic grinding, finishing, deburring, and machining technologies developed over 14 years to DiFACTO’s automation capabilities.
