Pavna Industries Limited, a manufacturer of automotive components, has acquired an additional 1.89 acres of land near Jewar Airport in Uttar Pradesh. The company said the expansion is part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the industrial corridor surrounding the airport and to support future capacity growth.

“Each addition to our landholding near Jewar Airport is a carefully considered step in our journey of capacity expansion and value creation. This acquisition further enhances the foundation we are building for a scalable, future-ready manufacturing ecosystem. Our growing presence here reflects not just an expansion of space, but also of vision — integrating advanced capabilities, strengthening operational readiness, and aligning ourselves with the evolving needs of the automotive industry,” said Swapnil Jain, Managing Director of Pavna Industries.
