Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited (SDHI) has entered into an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding with Netherlands-based Royal IHC to collaborate on offshore vessel projects. The agreement, signed in association with Alar Infrastructure, will focus on the design, construction, and retrofitting of offshore oil and gas and other specialised vessels.
