Millennium RedDOT Private Limited, a joint venture between RedDOT Corporation and Millennium Aero Dynamics Private Limited, has inaugurated its new manufacturing facility at the Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park near Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The plant was officially opened on 26 October 2025.
The new facility spans a built-up area of approximately 25,000 square feet on a two-acre site. It is equipped with advanced manufacturing systems for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) units designed for off-road vehicles, mining machinery, and defence applications. The company said the larger facility will enable it to expand inventory, streamline logistics, and improve delivery timelines to better meet customer requirements.
The Bengaluru plant incorporates lean manufacturing practices and upgraded dispatch and delivery infrastructure. It also features an expanded stock of HVAC components, including compressors, thermostats, expansion valves, and fans, as well as an enhanced technical support and consultation area.
Speaking at the inauguration, senior representatives from RedDOT Corporation, including Andrew Elshaw, Managing Director of RedDOT Europe; Patrick Carroll, Vice President of RedDOT Corporation, USA; and Martin Topp, Manufacturing Manager, RedDOT Europe, addressed the gathering. V. Parthiban, Founder and Managing Director of Bull Machines Private Limited, presided over the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Millennium RedDOT Private Limited was established as a collaboration between RedDOT, a US-based HVAC systems manufacturer with over six decades of experience, and Millennium Aero Dynamics, a 41-year-old Indian engineering solutions company. The joint venture, which dates back to 1984, focuses on climate control systems for specialised and defence vehicles.
