Jyoti Global Plast Limited has entered into a lease agreement to establish and operate a drone integration and development unit in Bengaluru, marking a diversification into unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)–related activities.

The unit is intended to support technology-driven operations and expand the company’s operational scope into advanced manufacturing and systems integration.

The lease agreement has been executed with Technomark Television Network Private Limited. The leased premises are located at A4, NGEF Ancillary Industrial Estate, Graphite India Road, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The property will serve as the operational base for the proposed drone integration and development activities. The lease tenure is for a period of three years and includes a one-year lock-in period commencing from the date of the agreement. The company stated that the agreement has been entered into on mutually agreed terms and conditions.

While the filing does not disclose capital expenditure, capacity, or production timelines associated with the facility, it indicates the company’s intent to build capabilities in UAV-related systems through this leased infrastructure.
