The orders were received in the normal course of business and were disclosed on 31 December 2025 and 5 January 2026.
According to the company’s stock exchange filings, the latest order, received on 5 January 2026, is valued at approximately INR 113.3 million and relates to cable and wire harness assemblies for defence applications. This follows an earlier disclosure dated 31 December 2025, in which DCX Systems reported orders worth INR 524.2 million from Rafael for similar products. Taken together, the two disclosures indicate a consolidated order value of INR 637.5 million from the Israeli defence company over the period.
In the 31 December 2025 disclosure, DCX Systems had also reported additional purchase orders amounting to INR 52.5 million from domestic and international customers for cable and wire harness assemblies. These orders were stated to be independent of the contracts received from Rafael and were part of routine business operations.
The same filing noted that Raneal Advanced Systems Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of DCX Systems, had received purchase orders worth approximately INR 25.2 million. These orders pertain to the manufacture and supply of printed circuit board assemblies for domestic and international customers.
The continued flow of orders from Rafael Advanced Defence Systems underscores DCX Systems’ role as a supplier of electronic interconnect solutions for defence platforms.
