Rossell Techsys Ltd., an aerospace and defence company, will expand production capacity at its Bengaluru facility with an additional 15,000 square feet of space. The expansion involves an investment of INR 15 million and is expected to be operational by December 2025, in the third quarter of FY26. The company said the move is aimed at supporting a growing order book and expected revenue growth in FY26.
As part of its operational scaling, Rossell Techsys has also introduced second-shift operations and expanded its workforce from 680 to 950 employees. The company said these measures will help accelerate throughput and convert existing orders into revenue more efficiently.
“Over the past year, we’ve transformed pipeline momentum into executable orders and aligned our capacity to deliver. With the new expansion, ramped-up operations, and the addition of higher-margin programmes, we expect a meaningful uplift in operating margins and the potential for multi-fold growth in profitability in FY26,” said Rishab Gupta, Managing Director, Rossell Techsys Ltd.
In its business update, the company highlighted several developments, including qualification by an international OEM for wire-harness programmes, with production expected to scale in the second quarter of FY26. It has also secured a new order for satellite assemblies, with production to begin in October 2025 following qualification in the second quarter of FY26.
The management is evaluating fundraising options to support growth and working capital requirements. The company stated that its outlook for FY26 includes reduced lead times, improved fixed cost absorption, faster execution of high-margin programmes, and year-on-year revenue growth.
