Zen Technologies Limited has received orders worth INR 4.04 billion from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the supply of counter-drone systems and training-related equipment. The contracts are to be executed within one year.

According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges, the aggregate order value includes INR 3.32 billion for the supply of Anti-Drone Systems or Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems and INR 720 million for Training Simulators and Equipment. The orders have been awarded by a domestic entity and fall under routine defence procurement.

The filing stated that the orders relate to the supply of counter-unmanned aerial systems intended for defence applications, along with simulators and equipment used for training purposes. No additional details were disclosed regarding delivery schedules beyond the one-year execution timeline.

Zen Technologies said the contracts do not involve any interest from the promoter or promoter group in the entity awarding the orders. The company also stated that the orders do not constitute related party transactions.

Zen Technologies Limited is engaged in the design, development, and manufacture of defence training simulators and counter-drone solutions and is listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited.
