Balu Forge Industries Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of INR 8,438 million for the nine months ended 31 December 2025, representing a 29.0 percent increase year-on-year. Profit after tax (PAT) for the period rose 36.8 percent year-on-year to INR 1,932 million, reflecting margin expansion during the reporting period.

Revenue from operations in the third quarter of FY26 stood at INR 3,111 million, compared with INR 2,558 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, marking a 29.0 percent increase. EBITDA for the quarter was INR 845 million, up 24.8 percent year-on-year, while PAT increased 20.5 percent to INR 711 million. EBITDA margin for the quarter was 27.2 percent, compared with 26.5 percent a year earlier, and PAT margin was 22.5 percent.

For the nine-month period, EBITDA rose to INR 2,396 million from INR 1,761 million in 9M FY25, an increase of 36.0 percent. EBITDA margin for 9M FY26 stood at 28.4 percent versus 26.9 percent in the previous year period. Earnings per share for the nine months increased to INR 17.0 from INR 13.5, up 34.7 percent year-on-year.

Commenting on the performance, Jaspal Singh Chandock, Chairman and Managing Director of Balu Forge Industries Limited, said, “In 9M FY26, the Company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 8,438 million, representing a year-on-year growth of 29.0%, driven by sustained demand momentum.” He added, “During the quarter, we successfully operationalised a set of high-impact strategic assets that position the Company for sustained growth over the next decade.”

During the quarter, the company stated that it fully commercialised its newly commissioned precision machining facility equipped with 7-Axis and 11-Axis CNC machining lines. It also commercialised a dedicated artillery shell production line focused on the 155mm large calibre segment and was formally inducted into the NATO supply chain.
