Krishna Defence and Allied Industries Limited reported an order book of INR 1,423 million as of 31 December 2026 and outlined expansion plans across autonomous underwater vehicles, composite manufacturing and defence electronics. The company also completed its migration to the main board of the National Stock Exchange of India, marking a shift from the NSE Emerge platform.

Revenue from operations for the nine months ended 31 December 2025 rose 25.0 percent year-on-year to INR 1,799.4 million, compared with INR 1,440.0 million in the corresponding period. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 77.5 percent to INR 359.8 million, while profit after tax rose 77.4 percent to INR 258.2 million.

For the quarter ended 31 December 2025, revenue from operations stood at INR 636.6 million, up 23.4 percent year-on-year. Profit after tax for the quarter increased 163.9 percent to INR 101.8 million, while EBITDA margin expanded to 22.2 percent from 11.5 percent a year earlier.

The company said it entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Steel under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme 1.2 for Specialty Steel, aimed at strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities for the strategic sector. It also acquired key technology from CSIR–National Institute of Oceanography, Goa for its CBot Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV), and has commenced construction of what it described as India’s largest AUV.

Krishna Defence is establishing a new manufacturing facility for fire-resistant composite doors and hatches in collaboration with VABO Composites (Netherlands), with the project planned for FY26. The company said pressure and other tests have been successfully completed, and an in-house pressure testing facility has been set up. The composite doors and hatches are in the last phase of trials with the Indian Navy.

The company is also expanding into marine and offshore engineering services, leveraging its 20 percent stake in Conceptia Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In defence electronics, Krishna Defence holds 40 percent equity in Waveoptix Defence Solution Private Limited, an associate incorporated in August 2023 to design, develop and manufacture secure communication and radar telecom systems, including radio frequency over fibre solutions.

For the financial year ended FY25, revenue from operations was INR 1,896.1 million, with EBITDA of INR 306.2 million and profit after tax of INR 220.3 million.
