Singularity AMC has invested in Lohia Aerospace Systems Private Limited to support the expansion of advanced composites and aerostructure manufacturing capabilities in India, targeting global aerospace and defence supply chains. The investment is intended to scale design, engineering, and production capacity for complex composite structures used in aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and defence platforms.
Singularity AMC, a growth-equity investment platform backed by Madhusudan Kela and led by Yash Kela, focuses on investments across private and public markets. The investment will support Lohia Aerospace’s plans to strengthen its role in the aerospace and defence manufacturing ecosystem.
Lohia Aerospace Systems Private Limited, founded in 2021 by the Lohia family, is engaged in the design and manufacturing of advanced composite materials and complex aerostructures. The company supplies composite components, assemblies, and aerostructures to global aerospace and defence original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) through vertically integrated manufacturing facilities and in-house engineering capabilities.
