PTC Industries, a manufacturer of high-precision metal components and advanced materials, has appointed Baljinder Singh (Bal) Koura as Vice President – Operations for Aerolloy Technologies Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary engaged in aerospace castings. The appointment is part of the company’s efforts to strengthen management in line with its expansion plans in the aerospace sector.
Koura has more than 30 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, and turnaround programmes across aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors. He has previously held senior roles at Rolls-Royce, GE Aviation, and Unipol Group, where he was involved in facility setups, operational initiatives, and new product introduction programmes in the UK, India, Europe, and Mexico.
He holds an MBA from De Montfort University and advanced qualifications in Quality and Environmental Management.
