The Heavy Engineering division of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced securing several orders during the third quarter of FY25 in both domestic and international markets. According to a press release from the company, these orders span various sectors, including liquefied natural gas (LNG), petrochemicals, oil and gas, and fertilizers.

Internationally, the company has received an order to supply LNG equipment for a project in the United States. Additionally, it has secured a contract to supply a loop reactor for a Propane Dehydrogenation Polypropylene plant in Turkey. L&T also obtained a repeat order from an oil and gas client in Saudi Arabia for a Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit revamp project and an order in Kuwait for critical hydrocracker reactor components and high-pressure heat exchangers.

In India, L&T Heavy Engineering has been awarded contracts for three urea reactors. These contracts include projects for Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation, Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd, and Indorama India Private Ltd. With these orders, the company has now delivered 17 urea reactors in recent years.

The press release categorizes these orders as “significant,” with values ranging between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore.
