Atul Greentech Private Limited, a subsidiary of Atul Auto Limited, has entered into a manufacturing agreement with Amara Raja Group to develop and supply lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery packs and electric vehicle chargers. The batteries will be produced at Amara Raja’s Giga Corridor facility in Divitipalli, Telangana, and will be designed specifically for Atul Greentech’s electric three-wheeler models.
The agreement includes collaboration with Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies (ARACT), a subsidiary of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility, and Amara Raja Power Systems Limited. The companies also plan to work on advanced chemistry cell development.

The agreement aims to support battery localization and enhance domestic supply chains in the electric mobility segment.
