On April 24, 2025, Brakes India Ltd. opened its new Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) facility in Chennai, further expanding its collaboration with the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) Chennai. During the inauguration, Prof. Dr. Usha Natesan, Director of NITTTR Chennai, toured the Brakes India Technical Training Centre, which is designed to support training programs related to the latest advancements in manufacturing and technology.
