SH Engitech has officially moved to a new headquarters and expanded its manufacturing facility in Vapi, Gujarat. The new facility, covering more than 250,000 square feet, will enhance the company’s production capacity and operational efficiency. The expansion includes a variety of specialized spaces aimed at increasing manufacturing and assembly capabilities.
The new facility is situated at Radha Madhav Eco-Industrial Park in Vapi, and includes 200,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing and assembly operations. Key features of the expanded facility include equipment bays capable of handling up to 300 KL capacity, with large bays measuring 10 m x 14 m and smaller bays ranging from 3.75 m x 10 m to 7.5 m x 10 m. A hydrotest zone (12 m x 60 m) and a specialized area for GRP piping manufacturing (36 m x 20 m) are also part of the new setup. Additionally, there is a 15,000-square-foot raw material storage area and a 30,000-square-foot finished goods holding area.
The company’s office space within the facility covers 5,000 square feet, with capacity for more than 60 staff members. The expansion also includes a dedicated assembly and tacking area of 18 m x 30 m, as well as an in-house testing laboratory for quality control. This move has led to the creation of over 200 new jobs, bringing the total number of employees to over 400.
