Kaynes Technology India Limited, an electronics manufacturing services company, has announced plans to acquire majority stakes in two aerospace manufacturing companies and a minority stake in a deep-tech firm, with a total investment of approximately INR 437.63 million.
The company will acquire a 76 percent stake in Aerocaliph Components Private Limited for up to INR 6.03 million and a 76 percent stake in Cryo Precision Technologies Private Limited for INR 703,366. Additionally, it will purchase an 11.13 percent stake in Tranzmeo IT Solutions Private Limited for INR 430.89 million. All transactions are expected to be completed by 30 September 2025 through cash consideration.
Aerocaliph Components, incorporated in 2009 and based in Trivandrum, reported an unaudited turnover of around INR 3.52 million and a negative net worth of INR 16.25 million for FY 2024–25. Cryo Precision Technologies, also located in Trivandrum and incorporated in 2016, recorded a turnover of approximately INR 9.35 million and a net worth of INR 9.71 million for the same fiscal year. Both companies operate in the aerospace manufacturing sector.
Tranzmeo IT Solutions, a deep-tech firm established in 2017 and headquartered in Kochi, posted a turnover of INR 17.3 million and a net worth of INR 5.76 million for FY 2024–25. The company specialises in converting passive fibre-optic cables into intelligent long-range sensing networks.
According to Kaynes, the acquisitions are intended to expand its facilities and capabilities in response to growth opportunities in India’s aerospace and deep-tech sectors.
