Cyient DLM Limited, an integrated electronics manufacturing solutions provider, announced the graduation of the first batch of its “Kaushal” skilling programme, developed in collaboration with Boeing, at its Mysuru facility on 29 October 2025. The initiative aims to train individuals, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds and persons with disabilities, for employment in India’s advanced manufacturing sector.
According to a press release issued by Cyient DLM, the Kaushal programme is part of Boeing’s supply chain skilling initiative in India and focuses on building a talent pipeline with advanced technical and manufacturing competencies. The programme bridges academic learning with hands-on industrial training, helping participants gain experience relevant to safety-critical industries such as aerospace and defence.
The training, conducted at Cyient DLM’s Mysuru facility, is designed to align with India’s broader goal of strengthening its local aerospace and defence manufacturing ecosystem. The initiative also supports the Make in India vision by developing a skilled workforce capable of meeting global standards in electronics design and manufacturing.
