Refex Industries Limited said its subsidiary Venwind Refex Power Limited has secured a contract for the supply of wind turbine generators for wind power projects with a cumulative capacity of 148 megawatts in Tamil Nadu. The order adds to the group’s renewable energy equipment portfolio and extends its execution visibility through the 2026 financial year.

Venwind Refex Power Limited has entered into an agreement with a domestic independent power producer for the supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and associated services. The contract involves equipment to be deployed across wind power projects to be set up in Tamil Nadu, with execution scheduled to be completed by September 2026.

The scope of work includes the supply of WTGs as well as related technical and supervisory assistance. The order covers design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, marking, loading and delivery of the turbines in line with applicable laws and standard industry practices. The counterparty has been described as a domestic independent power producer operating in the wind energy segment.

Venwind Refex Power Limited was incorporated in 2024 and operates as a subsidiary of Refex Industries. The order marks a significant capacity-linked contract for the subsidiary, which is positioned within the group’s broader focus on renewable energy and clean power solutions.
