Axiscades Technologies Limited announced a new hyperscaler contract through its electronics, semiconductor and artificial intelligence (ESAI) division, expanding its testing and validation services for advanced audio products. The engagement is a pilot, multiyear contract valued at about USD 1 million and will be executed at a newly established acoustic laboratory in Bengaluru.
According to a press release issued by Axiscades Technologies Limited on 23 January 2026, the contract was secured by its subsidiary Mistral Solutions and relates to testing of audio products for a hyperscaler customer. The work will be carried out at the acoustic lab located within the Aeroland facility in Bengaluru.
The company said the pilot order is expected to generate additional opportunities in audio product development. The products covered under the engagement include small form factor audio devices incorporating spatial audio processing, custom silicon for noise cancellation, and artificial intelligence-based features designed to enable ambient and proactive user experiences.
“This is the result of our efforts to expand beyond our traditional base of TI and Qualcomm ecosystem and add the global majors to our customer list by setting up exclusive facilities for them and forge long term relationship,” said Manikandan, chief executive officer of Mistral Solutions.
Axiscades did not disclose the identity of the hyperscaler customer or provide details on volumes associated with the pilot order. The company also did not specify a detailed execution timeline beyond stating that the engagement is multiyear.
The ESAI division forms part of Axiscades’ broader strategy to expand its presence in semiconductor-led product engineering, testing, and validation services, supported by investments in dedicated infrastructure for global customers.
