Milexia has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Syratron Technologies Private Ltd, an Indian distributor of electronic solutions, marking the company’s expansion beyond Europe into the Asian market. The transaction is aimed at strengthening Milexia’s distribution capabilities in India and Singapore across defence, aerospace, space, telecom and industrial electronics segments.
The acquisition is intended to support Milexia’s growth strategy by extending its regional footprint and enabling it to serve large international customers operating in Asia. Its Singapore office manages international distribution services, supporting customers and partners outside India.
