McGean India Chemicals Private Limited held a groundbreaking ceremony for its upcoming manufacturing site at Saykha in Gujarat, marking the start of development at the new location. The project is intended to expand the company’s manufacturing footprint in India and support its product portfolio across multiple industrial segments.
The Saykha facility will support manufacturing capabilities across non-destructive testing (NDT), maintenance chemicals, protective coatings, welding consumables and automotive aftermarket solutions. The project is positioned as part of McGean India’s efforts to expand its manufacturing operations and align with its global network.
The ceremony was attended by Dick Whitney Jr, Chairman – McGean Worldwide, and Mara Gliozzi, President and Chief Executive Officer – McGean Worldwide. Nimish Patel, Chairman – McGean India, and Nishank Patel, Managing Director – McGean India, were also present along with members of the leadership team and employees.
McGean India Chemicals Private Limited is engaged in the manufacture and supply of specialty chemicals serving sectors including aerospace, non-destructive testing, metal finishing, maintenance, protective coatings and automotive aftermarket applications.
