Bosch Limited has appointed Tillmann Olsen as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from 1 June 2026. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on 17 February 2026.

The company said in a stock exchange filing that Karin Gilges, the current CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, has tendered her resignation with effect from the close of business hours on 31 May 2026. Gilges has resigned upon her appointment to a global role within the Group, which will be based outside India. The company stated that her resignation is purely on account of this new professional opportunity and that there are no other material reasons for her resignation.

Olsen currently serves as Executive Vice President and Leader of the Business Unit Mobile Components at Bosch Rexroth AG, Germany, a position he has held since January 2022. In this role, he has full profit and loss responsibility for worldwide business operations of three product classes with sales exceeding EUR 400 million and oversees research and development and production activities across South and North America, Europe, India and China.

Between January 2019 and December 2021, Olsen was Regional President of Bosch Rexroth Africa, with responsibility for business operations across the African continent with sales exceeding EUR 100 million and a compound annual growth rate of more than 8 percent. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Bosch Rexroth South Africa Group of Companies from March 2018 to December 2021, overseeing 15 group companies with a legal presence in seven African countries.

Earlier in his career, Olsen held finance and purchasing leadership roles within Bosch Rexroth AG and its subsidiaries, including serving as CFO and Director for Finance and Administration of Bosch Rexroth SAS France from April 2012. His responsibilities included full profit and loss accountability for business in France and Northern Africa with sales exceeding EUR 100 million, as well as leading restructuring, merger integration and procurement initiatives across multiple regions.

Gilges has served as CFO of Bosch Limited since 1 May 2022. In her resignation letter dated 10 February 2026, she confirmed that her decision was not due to any disagreement or concern with the company, its Board, management, or operations, and that there are no other material reasons for her resignation.
