SKF India Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of INR 5.77 billion for the third quarter ended 31 December 2025, reflecting a sequential increase of 16.3 percent compared with the previous quarter.

The company also outlined medium-term manufacturing investment plans linked to its automotive business. SKF Automotive plans to invest between INR 4.1 billion and INR 5.1 billion by 2030 to expand manufacturing capacities across electric vehicle, two-wheeler, and wheel-end bearing segments at its facilities in Haridwar, Pune, and Bengaluru.

SKF India Limited said it continues to embed sustainability, precision manufacturing, and digital capabilities across its operations to support long-term mobility and manufacturing growth in India.

“Our performance this quarter, the first since the demerger, demonstrates steady demand across mobility segments and the strength of our operational fundamentals,” said Shailesh Kumar Sharma, Managing Director of SKF India Limited. “We remain focused on supporting India’s evolving automotive ecosystem, particularly in EV, two-wheelers, and safety-critical applications, through continued technology-led innovation and capacity expansion.”

The quarter was the company’s first reporting period following the completion of its corporate demerger on 01 October 2025. SKF India Limited said consolidated results for the quarter are not comparable with earlier periods due to the restructuring, which resulted in two independently focused entities.

Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at INR 0.96 billion, while profit before tax was reported at INR 0.86 billion. The company announced the results on 06 February 2026.

Profit before exceptional items and tax increased from INR 0.49 billion in the previous quarter. Profit before tax declined sequentially from INR 1.41 billion, which the company attributed to exceptional items, including non-recurring expenses related to the demerger and new regulatory requirements.

The company added that the recent restructuring is intended to provide greater strategic clarity and sharper alignment with customer and market requirements.

SKF India Limited manufactures bearings and mobility-related solutions for automotive and industrial applications and operates manufacturing facilities across multiple locations in India.
