ACME Platinum Urja has entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for the delivery of electricity from a 150 MW hybrid solar project. The project forms part of a larger 350 MW capacity awarded to ACME Solar Holdings (ASHL) by SECI.
The PPA includes provisions for energy storage solutions (ESS) to complement the solar power generation. The project is expected to connect to the interstate transmission system through the Central Transmission Utility at the Tumkur-II substation in Karnataka.
This agreement is facilitated through ACME Platinum Urja, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) created by ACME Solar Holdings.
