Shree Cement’s Quality Control Laboratory at its Ras facility in Rajasthan has been accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). The certification confirms the lab’s compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, which are recognized internationally for testing and calibration services.
Neeraj Akhoury, Managing Director of Shree Cement, commented on the accreditation, noting that it recognizes the company’s efforts in providing reliable building materials. The laboratory plays a crucial role in overseeing the testing methods that ensure product standardization and maintain quality control throughout the production process.
The NABL accreditation ensures that test results from the facility are recognized globally, as NABL is a member of both the Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). This international recognition enhances the acceptance of Shree Cement’s testing processes, aligning them with other accredited labs worldwide.
The company stated that this certification supports its focus on maintaining high operational standards and meeting quality benchmarks.
