Pristine Value Logistics has partnered with Antariksh Group for a long-term leasing agreement to develop a Grade A built-to-suit (BTS) multi-client warehouse facility at Antariksh LogiPark in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai. The facility is designed to support diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, food, automotive spare parts, electronics, industrial products, and e-commerce.

The new facility will increase Pristine Value Logistics’ total warehousing space in Bhiwandi from 1,100,000 sq. ft. to 1,265,000 sq. ft., enhancing daily cargo handling capacity from 35,000 boxes to 50,000 boxes.

Key features of the warehouse include FM2 flooring with a 6-ton load-bearing capacity, ventilation providing six air changes per hour, roof insulation for temperature control, and provisions for solar panels. The facility will also offer six dock levelers, cross-docking with 32 docks, and a dedicated compound with 60-foot and 70-foot access roads on the front and rear sides, respectively.

The facility will operate on a plug-and-play model, enabling clients to scale operations as needed. Sanjay Mawar, Director of Pristine Value Logistics, stated that the expansion aligns with the group’s strategy to provide comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions.

The development is expected to address growing demand across multiple industries while providing modern, adaptable warehousing solutions.
