MAS Holdings has commenced construction of its apparel park in Bhuinpur, Khurda district, Odisha. The facility is expected to begin operations in 2026, focusing on producing value-added apparel for domestic and international markets.
The 60-acre park aims to attract industry partners to create an integrated supply chain, enhancing speed and cost efficiency. Over the next decade, the project is projected to generate 10,000 jobs and attract investments exceeding USD 140 million. This development aligns with the Odisha government’s initiatives to boost the textile and apparel sector.
